Wire Flex Test Machine

This unit, one of three manufactured, tests the flex life of multi-stranded conductors made by a major conductor manufacturer.

These machines count and record the number of cycles at each station for failure analysis.

They have a history of performing in excess of twenty million cycles before requiring routine maintenance.

These three stations test the conductors for
left- and right-hand 90° bends.

Twist and Bend Stations

These three stations are twisting multi-stranded conductors 360° in 16" and bending them around rollers.

A variety of weights may be applied to the conductors.
