Flying Shear

These machines operate downline of plastic extruders. Cutting extrusions 12" or longer at ±.015" at 50 feet per minute. at 26 feet per minute a 6" extrusion can be cut at ±.015". Other options include notching and punching. These machines also work well on co-extrusions.

The Finished part, cut to length with notches and or punches can drop directly into a box, eliminating the need for anyone to touch the extrusion.
